Part VI, Line 7b	The governing club body is elected by members of the club and is subject to the approval by members by reporting club operations and finances at monthly member meeting.
Part VI, Line 11b	Form 990 income and expenses are reviewed at board and membership meetings monthly.
Part VI, Line 12c	We have officers that not paid as officers of the but do work as bartenders so they do not vote on matters regarding the bartenders wages or duties.
Part VI, Line 15	The Treasurer is paid $300 a month to prepare financial statement and returns and the Financial Secretary is paid $105 a week to reconcile daily receipts and make deposits during the week.
Part VI, Line 19	Returns are available to the public upon request. The return and financial statements are reviewed by the Board of Directors and membership at the regular monthly meeting.
