What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The union represents carriers and attempts to make sure the contract between the USPS and the NALC is obeyed.

28 I'm not sure what accomplishments the union had other than representing the letter carriers when there are problems with management not faithfully following the local and national contracts. Branch 230 has 130 members who use the union to make sure they are treated fairly in the workplace.
