What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Train and Develop Rugby Match Officials for stakeholders in the Baltimore/Washington Metro area. All services are volunteer, match fees are used to train and develop educators, coaches and further grow officiating capabilities.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 We have developed match officials that have officiated at the highest levels of Rugby in the USA. This year we began a program supporting youth match officials ages 13 and up in support of Middle School age rugby. We serve over 50 teams in the region and beyond.
