What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Institute is the primary voice for fiberglass tank and pipe manufacturers before regulatory agencies, such as EPA, consensus code bodies, such as NFPA, and municipal water bodies. The Institute responds to public inquiries about the fiberglass tank and pipe industry.
