What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We are the exclusive bargaining representative of all employees in the bargaining unit for which it has been recognized and certified at the national level - City Letter Carriers. We support and teach our fellow brothers and sisters of their rights in the work place. We have officers and stewards deal with management when a conflict arises with one or more of our fellow co workers. Our stewards are trained and certified to understand the national agreement between the United States Postal Service and the National Association of Letter Carriers.
