Management duties delegation Part VI line 3	The NJCAA Coaches Association relies upon the management team and personnel of the NJCAA to prepare financial statements, collect and disburse funds on behalf of the Coaches Association.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The organization has member coaches for each sport available at the member colleges of the NJCAA. The individual coach members do not vote on matters for the organization. The NJCAA recruits coaches to serve as officers to represent all coaches of their specific sport.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	The authorized officer reviews the 990 and provides a copy to the remanining officers for questions or comments.
Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	All officers are aware of the conflict of interest policy and agree to make the governing body aware of any actual or potential conflicts of interest. During the FY ending 7/31/20 no such conflicts occurred.
