Explanation:

Due to several unforeseen events, the FBIRA Phoenix Division completed its 2023 Officer elections in April 2023, which significantly delayed filing the 2022 Form 990. Several 2022 financial matters needed to be finalized by the 2023 Officers. We sincerely regret not processing the 990 a day earlier.
