Original return was mailed in paper form on March 17, 2022 and since we have been notified that it needed to be submitted electronically, Rod Wake the President went online and tried to submit the return electronically and believed we were in compliance with IRS requirements, we have since recieved letter Reference 0437435194 that records show that IRS did not recieve either the paper form or the electronic submitted form, and are resubmitting the 2021 tax return here again.
