    When i had a problem efiling the 2021 990pf My tax program PROSERIES ( division of intuit) told me to paper file the 2021 tax return THe IRS returned the 2021 =pf and when i reached out to the IRS on the # on the letter 877 829 5500 I was told that the 2020 returned was sent back also when i told him that we never received it back and were cetain that it was accepted I was told to send it in again After going back to pro series who tried to fix the 2021 return they again told me to mail it in i told them that's incorrect can omnly be efiled after spending days reaching out to the IRS about the 2021 return department after department of the IRS agreed that i was right and.. finally i got a call from efile help desk TIWANA HOLLANE 202 317 5798 who contacted PROSERIES and i was out of my office till may 24 and i am again going to try to rfile 2020pf today may 24 2023 please abate the late filing penalty for reasonable cause
