Explanation:

I'm late filing this return because my wife suffered a stroke on 01 31 2020 and things have not been the best. I want to ask for leniency for this late filing and that no penalties be applied this is something we didn't see coming and we are dealing with it the best we can. Also not long after she had the stroke Covid-19 hit and we were informed by our Doctor it could be life-threatening if she contracted the virus in her state of health so we have been home-bound. Not to mention being scammed by our website hosting company Design Eminent holding our website hostage for extra payments but enough of that we finally were able to move forward to an honest company.
