In 2022, Alaskans for Better Elections, Inc. (ABEI) accomplishments were (1) educating voters on the new election system passed by voter initiative in 2020: nonpartisan primaries and ranked choice voting and (2) assisting the Alaska Division of Elections with successful imp- lementation of the new election system. Through partnerships with groups, direct contact with voters, and paid media campaigns, ABEI ensured that Alaskan voters were informed on how to rank their ballots, when election results could be expected, and the benefits of the voter-passed reforms. Post election exit polling showed that 92% of Alaskans received instruction on how to fill out their ballots before voting. ABEI also conducted lobbying efforts to ensure that
