I have tried unsuccessfully to submit electronically and then sent in a paper version of the form which was rejected. I called the IRS and noted the problems I was having with electronic submission. The agent noted to return the paper version with a letter explaining what happened and it will be accepted. It was rejected again and returned stating I must file electronically - so I'm trying again with Tax990.com with form 990-PF
