Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	This is a private club with members. In 2017, the club changed its policy for new members from purchasing stock shares (which are redeemed upon termination of their membership) to paying an initiation fee to join the club. Currently there are some members with stock shares and others with none. All members still have voting rights whether they own stock or not.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	All club members have voting rights. Each year, at the annual meeting, members vote on board members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 is reviewed either at a board meeting or via email to board members. A vote is then taken to approve it before filing.
