I thought I had already filed it early in the year. As soon as I realized it was not completed, I completed as soon as possible. It was an honest mistake that occurred and was not willful neglect. I volunteer to be this treasurer and had significant challenges in my professional role outside this volunteer position that impacted this and contributed to my thinking it had already been completed well before the deadline.
