Part VI, Line 6	All dues payers to the organization are members. They elect Delegates who elect members of the governing body.
Part VI, Line 7a	The Delegates periodically elect members of the governing body review some decisions of the governing body and give guidance in the major decisions of the governing body.
Part VI, Line 7b	Dues paying members elect the Delegates who elect the governing body. Approval of the Constitution and By-Laws changes and yearly salaries of the governing body are subject to Delegate approval. They can review or veto other decisions as they see fit.
Part VI, Line 11a	The preparer provides a copy of the 990 to the Secretary-Treasurer to review. The Secretary-Treasurer then provides copies to the other members of the governing body explains the details of the filing and asks for input on it - including any necessary corrections.
Part VI, Line 15	Compensation of the President and other full-time members of the governing body the Secretary-Treasurer Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President are set by a formula in the MSUWC Constitution and By-Laws reviewed and approved by the Delegates.
