|---|---|
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b | There are no committees apart from the general governing body. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b | We just recently crossed the threshold from a 990EZ to a 990 and have traditionally only made the tax return available upon request. It seems that none of the detailed and complicated parts of the 990 apply to us. We basically get dues money as revenue and use the money to keep the pool and tennis court lights on. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 | LPRC's governing documents and financial statements are available to the membership and general public upon request. |
| Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g | Every year we hire a pool management company who provides maintenance on the pool equipment, performs frequent cleanings, measurements and chemical balancing of the pool water and provides required services such as lifeguard duty and front desk check in. |
| Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 | Our books had both a manual reconciliation and a bank reconciliation being done simultaneously. We did not know this was occurring until 6 months after the year. We have gone back and reconciled the differences as best we can but cannot get the current profit and loss statements to match up with the difference in Cash Account balances from the beginning until the end of the year. In addition, there were almost certainly some adjustments made within the books to prior year balances. As the discrepancy is only about 1% of our total gross revenue, we decided to not spend anymore time on this. |
