Explanation:

I take care of my 83 year old father and 84 year old mother, who has dementia. Their medical needs have increased drastically over the last couple of years. In addition, I work two other part time jobs to try to make ends meet. I volunteer my time to Barbarossa Bowling Club. With my parent's increased care demands and the other 2 jobs, frankly, I simply forgot about filing this form. Therefore, I will be resigning my position as Treasurer at the end of this year so that they may find someone who can devote more time to the Club's needs. I apologize for the oversight and sincerely hope you will not hold my mistake against the Club. Thank you for your consideration.
