What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? CAND provides nutritional education programs via regional seminars, workshops, and through an annual statewide conference to over 1,000 members of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics who reside in Colorado. The organization also disseminates pertinent information on issues affecting the dietetic and nutrition industry via its information clearing house and web site. CAND also conducts regional membership meetings, maintains a comprehensive web site and provides job placement/referral services.
