Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c Employees are consistently reminded that no gifts or favors are to be accepted from Chamber members in exchange for doing business whith those members. Large contracts and purchases are reported to the board of directors. The President/CEO and Vice President of Finance Administration are aware of large purchases/contracts and are involved in the negotiations.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a The Personnel Committee composed of the current Chair, Past Chair and Chair Elect of the Board of Directors is resonsible for the annual performance review and compensation of the President/CEO for the Bristol Chamber of Commerce. A salary compensation report is received from United States Chamber of Commerce on an annual basis that compares the salaries by the position in the Chamber with salary of other Chambers of comparable size.
