What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To promote and facilitate the health and well being of the people in the Town of Cavendish, and the surrounding communities.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Leasing rooms to licensed social workers providing counseling to over 50 area residents. This also includes Special Needs clients.

Our treasurer left and with COVID and all it was not checked to see if a return was filed. Each thought the other did and so no one did file. It was a very difficult time. I was not aware of this misstep until your letter arrived. Thank you for the opportunity to rectify this blunder.
