OUR EFFORTS ARE FOCUSED ON EXPANDING ACCESS AND EQUITY FOR VULNERABLE POPULATIONS IN OUR COMMUNITIES.WE ARE A COMMUNITY-BASED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO SUPPORT AND ASSIST IN MEETING THE MANY HEALTH CHALLENGES THAT FACE THE PEOPLE OF WNC. FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 1A THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL CONSIST OF THE CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE IMMEDIATE PAST CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE CHAIR ELECT, THE TREASURER, THE SECRETARY, THE PRESIDENT, AND ONE MEMBER AT LARGE. THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL HOLD MEETINGS AS DEEMED NECESSARY. MEETINGS OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL BE CALLED BY THE CHAIR OR AT THE REQUEST OF ANY MEMBER OF THE COMMITTEE.
