Form 990-EZ, Header, Line B The organization is new as of 2019. A return was filed and accepted then a postcard was completed erroneously on the IRS website that changed the accounting period. After calling the IRS NonProfit Tax Line, I was informed that the appropriate fix was to complete a Short period return, 990EZ for 1Jul20-31Dec20 and mark Change of accounting period. Then for 2021- submit the 2021 Calendar year EZ (previously submitted but rejected for accounting period dates) 2022- Complete a Postcard 990N Moving forward a 990N is all tht is required for the filing.
