Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity herein the Fraternity is a social Fraternity that meets the exemption requirements set forth by the IRS as organized for pleasure recreation and other nonprofitable purposes Benefits are provided to members of the Fraternity in the form of access to the Fraternity house The Fraternitys only source of income is derived from members Thus the Fraternity qualifies as a 501c7

Schedule O: Part 1.16--The Fraternity engages in numerous social events throughout the year, including formal attire date parties and alumni-outreach weekends, where the Fraternity funds entertainment, food, transportation, etc. Additionally, members of the Fraternity participate in weekly members-only dinner funded by the chapter. Part 5--When members are initiated into the Fraternity, the Fraternity pays an initiation fee set forth by the National Chapter. The payment covers administrative costs associated with adding members into the register of initiated members.
