THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF GREATER NEW YORK IS REFERRED TO HEREIN AS THE "YMCA OF GREATER NEW YORKTHE "YMCA OF GNY". SERVING APPROXIMATELY 250,000 NEW YORKERS EACH YEAR, THE YMCA OF GREATER NEW YORK IS ONE OF NEW YORK CITY'S LEADING SOCIAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS.
