FORM 990, SCHEDULE D, PART X, LINE 2 The Club is subject to income taxes on amounts generated from investment income and certain other unrelated business taxable income, net of allocable expenses. The Club incurred no income tax expense for the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021. The Club is, however, required to file a federal tax return. The years before 2019 are generally no longer subject to federal income tax examinations. Management continually evaluates tax positions reflected in the Club's tax filings and does not believe any material uncertain tax positions exist.
