Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Arkansas Self-Insurers Guaranty Fund, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation incorporated on May 12, 1992, under the provision of Act 796 of the 78th General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. The members of the Guaranty Fund are private sector employers recognized as Workers' Compensation Self-Insurers by the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission. The purpose of the Guaranty Fund is to protect workers' compensation benefits.

Form 990, Part I, Line 1	The Arkansas Self-Insurers Guaranty Fund, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation incorporated on May 21, 1992, under the provisions of Act 796 of the 78th Assembly of the State of Arkansas.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 for 2022 was prepared by the Executive Director of the Reporting Organization. A copy is provided at the Board of Directors meeting following the filing with the IRS. A copy of the Form 990 is provided to any Board member or member organization representative upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Reporting Organization does not have any of these items available to the public. The Reporting Organization will provide a copy of the Form 990 and the independent Auditors Report and Financial statements for December 31, 2022, and 2021 upon request from the public.
