Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Temple adopted the provisions of FASB Interpretation No. 48 Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes (FASB ASC 740-10), effective January 1, 2009. Part X : FIN48 Footnote

The Temple adopted the provisions of FASB Interpretation No. 48 Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes (FASB ASC 740-10), effective January 1, 2009. Under the interpretation, the Temple would record a liability for uncertain tax positions when it is probable that a tax position would not be upheld under examination and the amount can be reasonably estimated.
