Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The following applies to the process used to determine the compensation for Executive Director Matthew Hildreth, which last took place in 2022 with regard to compensation for that year. Data was assembled by independent consultants of the organization without input from the Executive Director. The comparability data was assembled commercially available sources. The data consisted of compensation data of persons in similar positions with regard to duties and responsibilities, serving similar organizations with regard to size, budget geographic regions, and mission, and persons with similar experience and qualifications compared to Mr. Hildreth. The comparability data is presented to the board of directors by independent consultants. The board reviews the comparability data, with documentation of the deliberations and discussion being made by independent consultants.
