	The American College of Podiatric Medicine has offered several highly attended virtual, semi-live multidisciplinary conferences that have featured experts in the fields of dermatology, diabetes and wound care, and perioperative medicine. Attendees included residents, students, Fellows and nonmembers. These conferences were approved for Continuing Education credit as well as Maintenance of Certificate credit, if needed by attendee. The College also increased its eLearning POD library, featuring individual lectures for CE and MOC for on demand review. Throughout the year, several special lectures on billing and coding and dermatology diagnoses were broadcasted for member benefit.

Management duties delegation Part VI line 3	During 2022 the ACPM contracted with The Podiatry Company for management services. The Podiatry Company delivered a range of management services to ACPM, which includes a composite of personnel, infrastructure, and technology. The fees paid to The Podiatry Company include compensation for the services of Steven L Goldman, DPM, MBA, an employee of The Podiatry Company who served as ACPMs Executive Director.
Organizational document changes Part VI line 4	The bylaws were modified to clarify the membership voting structure and to allow for electronic voting.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Fellow. Fellow status may be conferred upon those who have successfully completed the certifying examination of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and maintain Diplomate status and Board Certification. Fellows shall pay dues as determined by the Board of Directors and shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of the College, including the right to vote and hold office. Member. Member status may be conferred upon those APMA active members who are either International Members as defined by APMA, or no longer hold active status with ABPM. This member type is not entitled to publicize, advertise or broadcast their member type as Fellow (i.e. FACPM) nor vote or hold elective office. Senior Member. Senior membership may be conferred upon those Fellow members who have been granted Senior Member status by the APMA, or as determined by the Board of Directors. Life Member. Student membership status shall terminate upon graduation from the college of podiatric medicine. Resident Member. Resident membership may be conferred upon podiatric residents enrolled in programs that have been granted candidate status or have been approved by the CPME. Resident membership status shall terminate when the member leaves the residency.Honorary Member.
