What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? CITIZEN VOICE IS A SOCIAL WELFARE ORGANIZATION FOCUSED ON STRENGTHENING CITIZEN POWER AND BRINGING A POSITIVE CHANGE TO LOUISIANA COMMUNITIES. THE MISSION OF CITIZEN VOICE IS TO PROPOSE AND ADVOCATE FOR POLICY SOLUTIONS THAT PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF HISTORICALLY MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES THAT FACE THE GRAVEST CONSEQUENCES FROM PUBLIC POLICY DECISIONS
