Patriot Hill Recreation Club is filing a late 2021 Form 990-EZ because the IRS incorrectly revoked the non-profit status in 2018 and the online tax service could not file a return electronically. The non-profit treasurer has worked with the IRS over the past 6 months and was officially informed by the IRS on 11/9/22 that the IRS had erroneously placed the Patriot Hill Recreation Club on the auto-revocation list and would remove the non-profit from the auto-revocation list during the next monthly update. Non-profit should not be liable for any penalties due to the errors of the IRS and is not the result of non-profit actions.
