Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Neighborhood security program provides off-duty police patrol of the neighborhood for four hours a day, six days a week. All households benefit. Approximately 200 households make a contribution for this service. Also provided are membership signs.
