General Request to waive penalities for late submission. In May 2022 the
General orgaization realized that the management company, which had a
General bookeeper and the relacement bookkeeper both miss reported the impact
General of the SBA loan. A complete audit by a non-independent CPA member
General helped us reconcile 2021 and 2022 and the loan. He is now the VP
General Finance of the organziation effective January 1 , 2023.
General This materially impacted the 2021 financial integratity and caused the
General the delay unitl the reconciation could be performed. The prior officers
General did not have accounting experience. We request a waiver of the
General 2021 late 990 Fee
