	Continuing education for affordable housing providers is Oregon AHMA's primary mission. In 2022 our association ran classes on REAC/INSPIRE; landlord-tenant law; three day occupancy certification courses for managers working with Rural Development, HUD, LIHTC, and HOME subsidy programs; basic and advanced EIV courses; fair housing; maintenance; and more. In total, we provided continuing education to 970 individuals at our monthly classes in 2022. Our June annual conference had an enrollment of 302. Attendees received a total of 18 hours of continuing education over 2.5 days.
