The Elk's Lodge is a 100% volunteer organization and has experienced substantial decrease in both membership and funds during the COVID period. I myself took the responsibility of filing this return and was confused as to what year electronic filing became mandatory. THe paper return was filed timely and subsequnet information was requested at which time there was no mention of electronic filing. THant bening said more importantly is the item that any penalty's would have to be paid from funds ear-marked for contributions to Vertran, senior citizen, special need children, scouting, local high scool and other civic programs thus decreasing amounts we would provide tothese programs.
