Original return was filed timely via hard copy and received May 2, 2022. The organization is comprised of senior citizens who were unaware of the electronic filing requirements at the time of completion. We are not familiar with computers or the internet and needed to request assistance from family member to complete the filing. We are requesting all penalties to be removed.
