	During the 2021-2022 year, the Chapter held several impactful educational and experiential events, for its members, both digital and in person. Unfortunately, the number of events was limited by the pandemic. The Organization continues to focus on leadership development. Although each of the members has achieved significant leadership success at a young age, they understand that they can become better leaders and better people through peer learning and exceptional experiences in an inclusive community of open sharing and trust.
