What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Association operates an online duplicate bridge game sanctioned by the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL). The game is open to members of the ACBL Districts that comprise the 99er Nite Club who are beginning bridge players. The online game has created a replacement for face-to-face bridge clubs that were forced to close due to COVID. It offers an encouraging and friendly environment for newer bridge players. Their entry fees are used to pay skilled game directors and teachers who offer free post-game lessons. Part of the entry fees is passed through to the players' "home" clubs which have been unable to offer face-to-face games. Remaining proceeds, if any, are used to educate and encourage beginning players.

28 The NiteClub has continued to operate online bridge games sanctioned by the American Contract Bridge League for newer players four nights a week with two and rarely three sections of players. Despite a seasonal decline in attendance, over 1,000 players (some repeat) participated in December 2022. Free online lessons are offered after every game.
