	Alpha Rho Chi Leadership conference. Each chapter has an executive board member invited t the leadership conference. At the conference the are educated on administrative items of the fraternity as well as introduced to a series of processional speakers to help them become better leaders for their chapter. This event was held virtually the year. Revenues are collected in the form of a registration fee. All registration fees are then returned at the completion of the leadership conference so there is a net zero cost to attendees
