General Info -Venetian Isles Homeowners Association, Inc (VIHA) is a registered Not for Profit Corp. Chapter 617 of FL State Statutes. The Venetian Isles Neighborhood consists of 530 lots (households) of which 522 are currently subject to the mandatory deed restrictions.
Membership in VIHA is not a requirement of homeowner ownership and the voluntary dues payments are used primarily for the support of the organization.
