Pt X, Line 2 The Organizations account for uncertain tax positions in accordance with FASB ASC Topic Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes. This Topic prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement process for financial statement recognition of uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The Topic also provides guidance on recognition, derecognition, classification, interest and penalties, accounting in interim periods, disclosure and transition. At June 30, 2022, Management believes that the Organizations have no material uncertain tax positions. The Organizations file informational tax returns in the U.S. Federal and Massachusetts state jurisdictions. Management believes the Organizations are no longer subject to U.S. Federal and state examinations by tax authorities for years ended before June 30, 2018.
