What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? VCMS SERVES AS AN ADVOCATE FOR PHYSICIANS AND THEIR PATIENTS TO PROMOTE THE PUBLIC HEALTH, TO ENSURE HIGH STANDARDS IN MEDICAL EDUCATION AND ETHICS, AND TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY AND AVAILABILITY OF HEALTH CARE.
