What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Provide the citizens of Vandergrift with a festival that celebrates Italian-American heritage through the culture, values, and assimilation of the Italian immigrants into America. In 2022 the Board and General Membership voted to cease operations; it is expected that the organization will legally terminate in 2023.
