What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of the Tree Town Festival is to provide funding for the Forest Volunteer Fire Department and the Jackson Forest Emergency Medical Services Organization. Additionally, the funds are used for community improvements, education, and youth projects and activities.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Forest Volunteer Fire Department and EMS Services. A Amkus Combi Tool was purchased for the fire department which is a tool used for rescue operations. ($3920) Additionally,10 First Responder Backpacks were purchased for each member of the department so they could carry necessary supplies with them.($643.40) A new refrigerator was also purchased for the department when the old one quit working. ($1529.99)

29 Pomona Grange was given $2100 for their help at the festival, operating one of the large food booths. The Grange Organization is known for promoting agriculture and strengthening rural communities.

30 The local school district, Riverdale Schools, has several organizations that participate in the festival. this includes the Future Farmers of America, the Music Department, football, volleyball, and cross-country team plus the Junior class. Part I, Line 10 The Tree Town Festival pays various local school organizations and nonprofit organizations a share of the proceeds each year for manpower at the event. $4800 went to Riverdale Local School Organizations, $4725 went to area volunteer organizations, $500 went for two scholarships for Riverdale Seniors, and the Forest Fire Department was given $6093 for new equipment and supplies.
