Form 990, Part VI, Line 4	Article 14 Section 8. The Executive Board shall have the authority to make Polling disbursements of Local Union funds not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5000) in any single Polling request, and each approved Polling disbursement must be reported to the next membership meeting for approval. The Executive Board shall have the authority to direct payment of all ordinary bills and expenses of the Local Union. . . Article 18 Section 2g. When a member is required by the Local Union to perform service away from their home, they shall be allowed hotel/motel, single room occupancy rate, or one-half of a double room rate if shared with another member. The members' rate per day for meals, airfare, lodging, mileage, and day of return rates, shall be in accordance with the International UAW guidelines. All Hotel/Motel, gas, parking, and meal receipts must be turned in to the Financial Secretary.
