Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Lodge is controlled and supervised by the members of the Lodge. All expenditures must be approved, by vote, before any expenditures are made. The Lodge members direct and control all matters and activities, of the Lodge.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Members of the organization control and run the Lodge by electing the Board of Directors, which are responsible for the preservation of the Lodge properties, including real estate and investment funds.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The Lodge members run and control all matters of the Lodge. The Officers are mere agents of the Lodge and subject to the majority Lodge vote of its members.
