Schedule N, Part I, Line 1 August 5,2022 Dagostino Mechanical Contractors Inc (DMCI) paid the following for the VEBA and was reimbusred by the VEBA September 2, 2022. Vacation and holiday pay accrued to each participant a total of $26,446.49, federal, state and local withholding taxes $15,323.39, August 2022 United HealthCare insurance premium for each participant for a total of $21,761.06, Account payable to DMCI for overpayments to the VEBA $12,834.26, Remaining balance was divided equally among the participants for a total of $11,410.00. DMCI on September 2, 2022 was reimbursed $87,775.20, subsequent bank service fee $5.73 and an unlocated difference of 0.48 equal to $87,781.41 the total for Part 1 line 1. The above distribution is in accordance with the plan.
