What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Tampico Saddle Club is organized as an agricultural organization. Every year the Club hosts a rodeo which is mainly open to children. The Club works hand in hand with 4-H to hold agricultural fairs with livestock raised by 4-H members. The overall goal of the Club is to develop and promote good fellowship, horsemanship and to cultivate the public knowledge of owning and caring for horses.

28 Wiley City Rodeo is hosted annually to provide opportunity for area youth to participate in competitive events and experience enrichment involving treatment and care of horses.
