	During most of the year, the CoViD-19 pandemic caused us to cease in-person meetings. We were able to hold a few virtual meetings, but we were not well equipped to do that. With the gradual emergence of in-person meetings late in the year, we managed to hold some membership meetings in person. Thus, we did continue to provide networking for senior financial executives with each other and with our sponsoring organizations, and at some of our meetings we were able to hear speakers of professional interest.

Form 990, Part III, Line 3	The organization, which had had to cancel program meetings due to the pandemic, began to resume in-person membership program meetings late in the year. Because of limited programming, expenses remained low (as last year was also pandemic-impacted). Revenue was also low due to a hiatus in membership dues and sponsorship receipts until late in the year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	Answered yes as no committee of the organization was authorized to act on behalf of the Board of Directors, and so all decisions are documented in the minutes and resolutions of the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The draft of this Form 990 will have been provided to each member of the Board of Directors several days prior to filing, so that any errors that are noticed are corrected before filing.
