CHARGES HAVE BEEN BROUGHT AGAINST THE INDIVIDUAL. On Friday October 21,2022 Mr. Castelvetere pleaded guilty to an F-5 and agreed to pay back the total amount of restitution. This amount will be paid back as follows under the court agreement. $100,000 to be paid by 1-2-2023 and the balance of $111,000 to be repaid by 1-2-2024. Mr Castelvetere will serve no jail time and he is placed on probation for 5 yrs.If payments are not made by the dates, he will violate his probation and be sentenced to jail. |
